Community Supported Agriculture

It is our mission to minimize environmental impacts made evident by our current global and industrial food system.

The CSA model is one that connects consumers with their food source and the people who grow it. By allowing consumers to buy produce directly from the farmer, we become much closer to a fortified local food system.

By joining our CSA program you will become a shareholder of our farm, joining us in the joys and risks that come along with growing food. By providing payment upfront, you afford us early funding to get our fields in order for the season. In return, you receive a weekly share of produce for 20 weeks grown right here in the Twisp River Valley, irrigated by the snowmelt of our watershed.

We are here because of you, and we really couldn't do it without you. Your support makes it possible for farmers like us to produce nutrient dense food as part of a greater land healing project for our collective well being.

Do you want a deeper relationship with your food and the farmers who are dedicated to filling your belly with goodness? Join us!

Together, we create the nourishment deserved by all.

Though we are not certified organic, our farming practices reflect organic and holistic standards. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs to fill your home with abundant nutrition.

At the start of our weekly produce shares, there will be lots of cooler season crops like kale, chard, head lettuce, peas, radish, carrots, beets, and fennel.

As the season progresses with warmer, longer days your box will  grow to include things like green beans, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, basil, and new potatoes.

In the final fall months we plan to offer a variety of dry beans, winter squash, onions, fava beans, garlic, carrots, beets, dried herbs, celeriac, and flour corn.

Flower bouquets and pastured poultry are available as add-ons for members. Please communicate with us directly for more information if you are interested.

Payment plans are available! Please email us to set up a plan.

Pastured Poultry

We are passionate about building soil organic matter and creating optimal conditions for nutrient cycling in our fields. Chickens help build soil and fertility by mixing in their manure while feeding on weeds and insects as holistic pest management. This increases our ability to minimize off-farm inputs such as industrial animal manures and other fertilizers.

When managed properly, chickens are effective grazers and obtain more nutrients from pasture than from a generic grain diet.  Studies have shown that pastured birds contain more omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins than an average store bought chicken.

We raise Rainbow Rangers. a heritage bird known to grow slightly faster than most other heritage breeds but still do well as foragers.

When you choose our birds, you are supporting our efforts towards a closed farm system while consuming meat you know is raised with love and care, and without harmful environmental impacts.

Whole chickens available starting in July 2021!
